Account & Registration
Creating an XS777 account takes under two minutes. Go to xs777.im/register, fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and date of birth, then choose a secure password. Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox and click "Create My Free Account." You'll receive a verification email – click the link inside and your account is active. No CNIC upload is needed at registration stage, though it'll be required for larger withdrawals later.
Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play at XS777. This is an absolute requirement and is not negotiable. We enforce this through age verification checks during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds returned. If you are aware of an underage player using XS777, please contact us at support@xs777.im immediately.
No. XS777 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. You are not permitted to register multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different email addresses. Duplicate accounts are detected through our systems and result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login credentials, use the "Forgot password?" option on the login page or contact support – don't create a new account.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required when your withdrawal requests exceed Rs 10,000. The process is straightforward: log in to your XS777 account, go to Account Settings, click "Verify Identity," and upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC, plus a selfie holding your CNIC. Our team reviews documents within 24 hours (usually much faster). Completing KYC early means there are no delays when you want to withdraw your winnings.
You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@xs777.im. Before closing, make sure you have withdrawn your entire real-money balance. If you're closing the account because of concerns about your gambling, please consider using our self-exclusion tool instead – it temporarily closes access while keeping your account and funds safe. Our support team will discuss both options with you without any judgement.
Deposits
XS777 accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (internet banking), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR – there is no currency conversion and no hidden fees on deposits. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are instant. IBFT bank transfers may take 1–3 hours depending on your bank.
The minimum deposit at XS777 is Rs 500. This is intentionally low so that players in Pakistan at every income level can participate. There is no maximum deposit limit set by XS777, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own daily transaction limits that apply. If you're depositing a large amount and encounter an issue, contact your payment provider or reach out to our support team.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are normally instant. If your balance hasn't updated after 5–10 minutes, first check that the money has actually left your wallet (look at your transaction history in the Easypaisa or JazzCash app). If the money has left your wallet but hasn't appeared in your XS777 balance, contact our support team via live chat or at support@xs777.im with your transaction ID or screenshot. We'll trace the payment and credit it manually if confirmed. IBFT deposits can take up to 3 hours due to bank processing times.
XS777 does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit appears in your account balance. However, some payment providers (particularly banks processing IBFT transactions) may charge their own transaction fees. Those fees are charged by the payment provider, not by XS777, and are outside our control. Easypaisa and JazzCash do not typically charge fees for transfers to XS777.
No. XS777 requires that deposits come from a payment method registered in your own name – the same name as your XS777 account. Depositing from someone else's wallet creates a mismatch that can result in the deposit being held pending verification, and withdrawals to a different person's wallet are not permitted. Using shared or borrowed accounts also raises compliance concerns. Please use your own Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account for all transactions.
Withdrawals
Log in to your XS777 account and navigate to the Cashier or Withdraw section. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, select your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or bank account IBFT), and confirm. Make sure the account you're withdrawing to is registered in your own name – the same name as your XS777 account. For Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, the average processing time is 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
The minimum withdrawal at XS777 is Rs 1,000. This applies to all withdrawal methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by XS777, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks before processing, as is standard practice for licensed gaming platforms.
The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay are: your KYC verification is not yet complete, you have active bonus funds that haven't met the wagering requirement yet, or there is a brief processing queue. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours and none of these apply, contact our support team at support@xs777.im with your withdrawal reference number and we'll investigate immediately. We take withdrawal processing very seriously – if there's a problem, we want to fix it fast.
XS777 does not charge withdrawal fees. You receive the exact amount you request. As with deposits, your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own fees for receiving funds, but XS777 does not deduct anything from your withdrawal amount. If you notice a discrepancy between what you requested and what you received, check with your payment provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
Yes. Your deposited real-money balance is yours and can be withdrawn at any time, even if you haven't placed a single bet. There is no requirement to play before withdrawing your own deposit. The only exception applies if you have accepted a bonus – in that case, the deposit amount tied to the bonus may need to meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. Bonus-free deposits can always be withdrawn freely.
Bonuses & Promotions
New players at XS777 receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. This means if you deposit Rs 10,000, your account is credited with Rs 20,000 to play with. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus is credited automatically – you don't need to enter a promo code. A 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount applies, and you have 30 days to complete it.
A 30x wagering requirement means you need to place total bets equalling 30 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example: you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus. You need to wager Rs 5,000 × 30 = Rs 150,000 in total bets to clear the bonus. This does not mean you'll lose Rs 150,000 – these are cumulative bets across many rounds, and you'll win some and lose some along the way. Slots and crash games contribute 100% toward the requirement; live casino games contribute 10%.
Yes. XS777 runs daily and weekly promotions for existing players, including reload deposit bonuses, cashback offers on losses, free spins on selected slots, and tournament prizes with PKR payouts. Yes. XS777 offers two-factor authentication via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number. When enabled, every login requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your phone. This means that even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without your phone. Never. XS777 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you receive an email, SMS, or chat message claiming to be from XS777 and asking for your password, it is a phishing attempt. Do not click any links in such messages. Report it to us at support@xs777.im and delete it. Our support team can verify your identity through your registered mobile number and account details without ever needing your password.
Responsible Gaming
