XS777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

The following terms are used throughout this document and carry the specific meanings defined below whenever they appear in capitalised form.

By registering an Account on XS777, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or simply by using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and XS777.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and the Platform. If any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise specified.

To use the real-money gaming services offered by XS777, you must register a Player Account. The following rules apply to all Account registrations on the Platform:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials confidential. XS777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your password.
• XS777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension.
• You must notify XS777 immediately if you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

XS777 uses industry-standard KYC procedures to verify player identities. This is both a regulatory requirement and a safeguard that protects you from fraud. Please keep a copy of your identification documents accessible so the process can be completed quickly when required.

XS777 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an Account or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform. This requirement exists regardless of the age of majority in any specific jurisdiction.

XS777 actively uses age verification services and reserves the right to request certified proof of age at any time. We also strongly encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

XS777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. XS777 charges no platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your XS777 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or receiving deposits from accounts held by third parties is strictly prohibited and may be treated as suspicious financial activity.

XS777 reserves the right to delay processing of deposits that trigger fraud prevention or anti-money laundering alerts, pending further verification. If a deposit is subsequently rejected for compliance reasons, the full amount will be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawals from your XS777 Account are subject to the following conditions. We are committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible – our target is 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods – but please note that withdrawals can only be processed after all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds in your Account have been fully met.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal, but daily limits of Rs 2,000,000 apply unless otherwise agreed with the VIP team.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your XS777 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawals above Rs 10,000. We recommend completing KYC immediately upon registration.
• Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, around 30 minutes for NayaPay and SadaPay, and 1–6 hours for IBFT transfers.
• XS777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 100,000 in any single transaction or Rs 500,000 in any 30-day period.
• If a withdrawal is cancelled or declined, the funds will be credited back to your Account Balance and you will be notified of the reason.

XS777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by the following general rules, which apply in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Each player is entitled to one Welcome Bonus per household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim the Welcome Bonus on multiple Accounts will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real-money funds by meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is possible.
• XS777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring active bonuses already credited to player Accounts.
• Bonuses are offered in good faith for recreational play. Any strategy or technique that XS777 determines is being used specifically to exploit bonus terms, rather than to play in a recreational manner, may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• If you wish to withdraw before completing wagering, your Balance will be reduced by the outstanding Bonus Funds amount. The real-money portion of your Balance remains withdrawable at any time subject to other withdrawal conditions.

All games offered on the XS777 Platform are operated by licensed software providers and are subject to independent fair-play auditing. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by authorised testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted according to established casino rules, and all dealing is monitored in real time for integrity.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be declared void and all stakes returned to the player's Account.
• Game results that have been settled and are visible in your Account transaction history are final. XS777 will not reverse settled game results except in cases of confirmed software malfunction verified by the game provider.
• Displayed RTPs (return-to-player percentages) are theoretical long-run averages. They do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session or over any period of time shorter than millions of game rounds.
• Players accept that the house edge varies by game and bet type, and that no strategy can guarantee a profit over the long run in any casino game offered at XS777.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the XS777 Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform simultaneously.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, display bugs, or software glitches to gain an advantage over the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" – specifically, using multiple Accounts, falsified information, or systematic wagering patterns solely designed to extract bonus value.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing XS777 staff or other players in any communication channel.

XS777 uses advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team. When prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Account will be closed and the matter may be reported to financial intelligence authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

XS777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligations that require the Platform to cease serving a particular player or jurisdiction.

If an Account is suspended for investigation, any real-money Balance not associated with pending investigations will remain accessible pending resolution. If an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, XS777 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them. Any real-money deposit funds not involved in the breach will be returned to the originating payment method.

You may choose to close your own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team at support@xs777.im. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you after standard KYC checks are completed.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from their Account settings. These take effect immediately.
• Cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days are available. During a cool-off period, you cannot deposit, play, or claim bonuses, but you may still request a withdrawal of your existing real-money Balance.
• Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. Requests are processed within 24 hours. If you are self-excluded and attempt to re-register, XS777 will close the new Account immediately.
• XS777 will not send promotional communications to players who are currently self-excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XS777 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond XS777's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any changes to game RTP, odds, or rules made by third-party game providers as notified to XS777.

XS777's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms, however caused, shall not exceed the value of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

XS777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and the Platform. By registering an Account, you consent to your personal data being processed for the purposes described in that policy, including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and where you have opted in, promotional communications.

Your data will never be sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with our licensed game providers, payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities as required by law. All data transmissions are protected by SSL encryption.

XS777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect. For minor clarifications or non-material changes, updates may take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XS777 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Platform's licensing authority.

Before lodging a formal complaint, please allow our support team to attempt resolution. In our experience, the vast majority of disputes are resolved quickly and fairly when raised through the correct channel.
